I refer to the report by Sarah Bardon of a statement by Minister for Health, Simon Harris, that 'he cannot guarantee that legislation allowing for abortion would be passed by the current Government in the event the Eighth Amendment is repealed' 'Government may not be able "to pass abortion law” ', The Irish Times, Monday, April 2, 2018, p. 7. Sarah Bardon in the third last paragraph of that report informs us that 'Mr Harris said there would be an obligation on all TDs and Senators to implement the decision of the people.'

Say ‘NO’ to a Referendum to Repeal of the 8th [Pro–Life] Amendment
Including a warning about the website, WhichCandidate.ie, that is at odds with the website of the Pro-Life Campaign, and that of the Life Institute, and with reports we have from contacts in Constituencies around the country.

A leaflet on the Children and Family Relationships Bill 2015. The Government hope to have dealt with all 5 Stages of this Bill in Seanad Éireann by Friday, March 27, 2015. From there it will go back to Dáil Éireann for acceptance or rejection of Seanad amendments. When that is completed, it will go to President Michael D. Higgins for signing. The Bill was signed into law today, Easter Monday, April 6, 2015. It is now an Act.
Reasons to Vote NO to the Proposed Amendment in the Marriage Referendum.
A 7-Point Campaign Leaflet.
On April 2, Alan Kelly, T.D., Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, signed an order setting the day this will be put to referendum as Friday, May 22, 2015. The rejection today, Friday, April 24, by the Supreme Court of the appeal brought by Joanna Jordan against the validity of the result of the Children's Rights Referendum, means that it is unlikely now that the Marriage Referendum will be postponed.
A 6-Paged Referenced Leaflet with Glosssary, Background Reading, and Endnotes.
This Bill is going to Report and Final Stages in the Seanad, on Tuesday, February 17. This leaflet shows how flawed it is in regard to its non-definition of 'transition to preferred gender', and how it would allow youngsters as young as 16 to acquire a certificate of gender identity. "Transition" can include cosmetic surgery that leaves the person involved incapable of having children in the normal way. This is barbarous and exploitative, especially in the case of teenagers with gender confusion.
Some of those who intend to vote for same-sex "marriage" cite compassion as their reason. This 14-point leaflet demonstrates why it isn't compassionate to vote for same-sex "marriage".
A short leaflet on the main points against same-sex "marriage".
